To move forward, make a decision and take action. What happens to our nation when all these problems exist? Absenteeism, aggressiveness, hell going on. Productivity is declining. I was trying to find out the loss they are making. There is no serious data available for a wide range. When quantity is available, I send that data. I don't know, some billion dollars they are putting about India, they are contemplating, but that data does not give any concrete reason because everything is isometric, not very clear how much loss they are making to the revenue of a company by having employees. What is just enough? When that is there, 45% after profit action, but the data is not convincing the way I want specific measurements. Coming to the last point: what should be our strategy to this? This is a very serious problem. In this study, if the complex case, 70% of others are suffering from this. The solution is very simple. Only thing many people are not aware about this. The first thing from HR perspective: if you are here for them, anybody who is handling manpower or handling his college, the first thing is to create awareness. People are not aware whether there is stress. The very first thing: people are not aware that there is stress. Create awareness by doing seminars, six-hour or four-hour seminars, about what is stress, how to sleep in your life, what are the stress levels. Whatever risk can be operated would be very clear to people. If I be like this unexplained, I have two hands. Then communicating this: normally in many companies, there is no communication. Tapas is not going to work. Bottom process mapping must provide all things. So many actions are needed to see that we are bonded together. The serious problem happening in this area is that we know how to remain with smartphones but we have forgotten how to be in touch with people. We know how to be in touch with smartphones. Remember, we must arrange what we have forgotten or not even known: how to be in touch with people. That is the crucial part. That's where charm, interview training, conducive environment, organizing sports and social events. I would like to put this case: you might have seen in the last 5-6 years, due to this case, different companies have started putting tennis courts and such. You might be thinking why companies are going even deeper. A few years I was thinking this country is hard to do, why they're putting tennis court here? What is the use? There is a positive environment. Now understood when you go for it, you lose this place. One case I remember: recently Infosys started a setup known as something like 'Human Excellence Center' or something. I have missed it, but Infosys created this setup and through this setup they are trying to see that employees are in distress. Actually that is the objective. Employees may not be aware about this, but creating this pool, the objective is how to give advice for free. That is how in different companies, even there will be some tennis courts or small playgrounds, so that you get these. That is the major point: rewards and incentives. You can create because people are engaged and motivated, they will give less depression because opposite of stress is motivation. Up to a certain extent, innovative work environment, opportunities for career growth. These are certain steps you can take. Things are very simple. Anything you should have to make a change. Things are very simple, but simple things we don't do, we do complex things. We are habitual of doing complex things, but we do not do simple things. You start doing simple things, you see miraculous results happen in your elements. Anybody can do these things, and what you get by this is a happy, healthy, and productive workforce. Thank you everybody.
