Everything is essentially going as planned, perhaps even a little better. I am optimistic and satisfied with the past twelve months. Let me briefly highlight a few points from the slides. Beginning with chart 16: we have a very good net result and a decent combined ratio in German property-casualty insurance, despite continued high strategy expenditures. We have made significant cost reductions, with distribution fixed costs already reduced by 36 percent. We have also largely reformed our entire product landscape for private customers, introducing more modular products in property-casualty and completely new life insurance products. On the innovation side, the launch of Max Bill in Germany starting September 2017 was remarkable; we acquired over 20,000 vehicles with 35,000 risks during the poaching phase, and premiums are now approaching €10 million. Strategic partnerships include a joint product with Telekom called Safe Rom for sensor-based home insurance and assistance, which won the Insurance Innovation of the Year award, and a partnership with Ford Germany in mobility. In digital transformation, we consolidated portals into a single ERGO portal with nearly 700,000 active users. We have increased dark processing rates for direct handling of insurance contracts, and now have about 100 digital experts in Berlin and Warsaw working with agile methods, moving beyond theory to operations. The next slide is a measures report I will skip for now, but it shows we have reached key milestones in our strategic program in 2017 and have set important goals for 2018.
