Today we celebrate our 100th anniversary. It has been a very challenging period, but I would like to thank everyone for supporting Komatsu's daily business: our customers, shareholders, suppliers, and distributors. Komatsu started as a small mining equipment company in Komatsu City, Japan. Our foundations are globalization, quality first, technology innovation, and human resources. We have a culture of creating excellent products and solutions, building reliable partnerships, and reaching customers worldwide. To ensure sustainable growth, we launched a new brand strategy for this anniversary. We look back at our history and reaffirm our purpose: to create value through manufacturing and technology innovation, powering a sustainable future where both business and the planet thrive. Our brand prime series and new standards will strengthen our presence in the market and build stronger connections with all stakeholders. We opened a new history museum at our birthplace in Komatsu to celebrate the anniversary and display our journey. I hope you enjoy the anniversary movie showing how Komatsu makes the future with customers in a sustainable world. We are also encouraging global employee engagement through CSR activities, including a world party with trash pickup and recycling. It is impressive how many Komatsu employees take action to protect the environment. We will hold planning contests and awards for contributions to the environment. We express our appreciation to all stakeholders. Anniversary events will be held in each region. Our anniversary website offers many contents, including history videos and an interview with Mr. Hideki Matsui, the New York Yankees slugger and long-time friend. Please check the new website. The pandemic has negatively affected many lives, and our sympathy goes out to everyone who lost loved ones. However, the pandemic also limited business opportunities and sales. We found new ways to maintain and improve daily operations and relationships. Our stance for safety, health, law, and compliance remains top priority. We must follow these in all decision-making processes. Safety and health must be our top priority for all stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and partners. We have achieved zero fatal accidents in our group over the last two years. We are taking steps to improve and prevent, creating a safety framework that must be respected and followed. Compliance management is critical for a global company like Komatsu, subject to a wide range of laws and regulations. We have implemented a platform to address and resolve compliance issues. This is the final year of our current mid-term management plan. The business environment remains unpredictable due to political risks and the pandemic's impact, but our mid-term management plan remains. We will push for key activities, set strategy, and follow through to stand any challenge. I would like to share a positive announcement: this year, 19 president awards were given to recognize achievements. We have five projects, special awards, six individual awards, and four team awards. We will hold an awards ceremony with a pre-recorded video introducing all winners. Please watch. Finally, happy to celebrate this 100th anniversary milestone.
