I think Incub is such a special and unique opportunity for companies like Roche to partner with external organizations and fantastic young talent to solve real challenges that we have in our healthcare system today. And so, just like last year, I'm really excited to see what they've come up with, because I think when you take a very fresh and very different perspective and you apply it to a persistent problem, often you can find really creative solutions. Exactly.

Well, I think Roche knows this incredibly well, as does IQVIA. The healthcare system, the global healthcare system, is incredibly complex, and the challenges that we seek to address for patients, for healthcare providers, for our scientists, for our employees, for providers, they're immense. And I think what we know is that no part of the ecosystem can possibly solve those challenges on their own. And so it is incredibly important to hear from all of the relevant voices when we look at potential solutions. Otherwise, we're clearly going to miss opportunities to actually really draw in voices that might help unlock something that's really impactful. Exactly.

I think we can all answer that question. Every day when we open our eyes in the morning, sight is incredibly important to how we live our lives and to our quality of life. The preservation of sight is critical to people being able to live a good quality of life. There are over a billion people in the world who suffer from severe retinal diseases, and we have the opportunity with innovative treatments to actually help preserve sight for as long as humanly possible. That means more birthdays, more friends, more books, and more time living independently. Retinal health and eye health are critically important, and Roche and IQVIA share a commitment to making sure that people can live their best lives for as long as possible. Our commitment here is to continue to hunt down areas of unmet need. We're really at the cusp of some exciting innovation. Understanding the eye and biology, imaging of the eye is getting exponentially better, giving us great insights. Together with the scientists at Roche and the end-to-end teams, that drives us forward to bring new innovation to patients. That kind of technological innovation combined with our expanding understanding of biology makes you excited for what might be coming in the future for ophthalmology and solutions we can bring to patients worldwide. I'd love to think that in five and ten years we will be fundamentally treating patients in a different way. The other exciting thing with the Incub lab is that the students are approaching this with empathy and innovation, empathy for the patients. Incub is such an amazing example of the continued partnership between Roche and IQVIA. We work together on so many things to improve patient health around the world, and we both share a significant appreciation for what it takes to drive real change and real innovation in global healthcare systems.
