I think the biggest challenge, something I grapple with probably every single day, is that our industry and our business are undergoing change so fast, especially through the last five years. It's almost been exponential. Some of our brands date back to the late 1800s – that was the betting shops where they started. Obviously, a lot has happened since then. When you think about today, where media, entertainment, sport, betting, and gaming come together, all powered by technology and data, for my side, I need to think about how we can be successful now but also in the future, understanding that as technology evolves, it will ultimately change consumer behaviors, which could impact your business model. There are new expectations from society in terms of how we do business. So for me, it's about thinking how to be successful now and in the future, doing that while running a business. That can be quite challenging. Part of it is trying to understand how technology impacts your industry, but also making smart decisions about timing and execution. So challenging for sure, but maintaining the status quo is not a strategy, at least not the right one. It's risky just to maintain the status quo. You need to think about how to move the business forward. That's fun, especially when I believe in change and have a vision for leading that change in our industry. But it is a challenge that's on the agenda every single day.
