Julian is doing an excellent job with a lot of energy. The training camp has been very successful with good content, despite being short and not all regulars present. There will be another signing.
I look at the overall picture and budget. Julian and Markus support the club's philosophy, so we don't need to discuss specific players much. I'm involved in everything to support the team.
We don't comment on unannounced transfers. We need to be financially responsible. We invest in young, hungry players. Transfers take time because we negotiate carefully.
Our budget depends on European qualification. Champions League offers more revenue and investment options, but also higher expenses.
We are investing 60 million euros in stadium infrastructure to improve fan experience – easier access, more kiosks and toilets. Completion in 24-30 months.
We are synchronized as a club. We haven't set Timo an ultimatum, but we hope to have a solution before the season starts.
We are in respectful discussions with Timo Werner and his advisor. We'll have a decision soon.
We have a good contract offer for Timo. He developed well here. For us, there are only two options: extend or sell.
This is a normal contract situation. We are in constructive talks. No ultimatum, but we need a decision soon.
We apologize for SAP system issues during season ticket sales. We're working on a solution. It's great that demand is high, but our allocation rules are fair.
We have backup plans and a large scouting department to prepare for injuries or departures.
Emil is a key player. We want to keep the squad together. Players leave only with release clauses.
Ralf Rangnick is now at Red Bull, responsible for global football synergy. He will advise us. We're happy he's still available for us.
