Good morning. My name is Ahmet Olmuştur, Chief Marketing Officer of Turkish Airlines. I've been with the company since 2005. Although my title is marketing, I'm responsible for production planning, revenue management, sales, marketing, and corporate communications. I'll brief you on what Turkish Airlines has achieved in the last 15 years since 2002 and our aims for 2023, the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. We fly to more countries than any other airline – 120 countries, ranking #1 in number of countries served. We also rank #1 in international destinations in Europe and other regions. According to Skytrax, we've been named Best Airline in Europe for six consecutive years. Our lounge in Istanbul is bigger than some airports. We fly to over 50 destinations in Africa, a huge network across Europe, Middle East, Far East, and the Americas. In 2005 we carried 14 million passengers; by 2016 we reached 62.7 million, and aim for 70 million in 2017. International transfer passengers grew from 1.1 million to 20 million. Turkey is the sixth most visited country. For 2017 we added new destinations in Russia, Ukraine, and Phuket starting July 17. In 2016 we added 12 destinations including Havana, Zanzibar, Hanoi, Atlanta, Panama, and more. We fly to over 100 European destinations, cover all of Africa, and the Americas. We have AnadoluJet for domestic flights. Brand awareness increased from 20% to 60% in 12 years through sponsorships (Euroleague, football) and celebrity partnerships with Morgan Freeman and others. Skytrax selected us as Best Airline in Europe six years in a row, and we won Best Business Class Catering in 2016. Our fleet is young, average age under 7 years, and we have great in-flight entertainment. We offer 'Stop Istanbul' tours for layovers over 8 hours. We also have a new airport where you can drop baggage in the city. Recently, we partnered with a French influencer and Ben Stiller for a campaign to help Somalia – we are the only airline flying there. We delivered aid and generated 630,000 hashtag uses and 2.1 billion potential views. Thank you for being with us, and we hope to see you on Turkish Airlines flights soon.
