Hello everyone. Today's theme is reboot, rewire. It's an evergreen theme. Let's take an example: in the 1990s in India, it was difficult to get a computer. Some protested, some mocked, but eventually India adopted technology. I have a firm belief: when we can't change the situation, we challenge ourselves to change. Technology is growing exponentially. I don't think technology will take away jobs or replace human consciousness. The internet is the biggest opportunity of this generation. Web2 had issues with data privacy; we are the product. With web3, the balance swings back to us. Decentralization is key. Cryptocurrency and blockchain allow users to not rely on governments or corporations. Web3 is about ownership. DAOs, or decentralized autonomous organizations, are new ways of organizing people. Smart contracts replace legal systems. This is already happening. The role of a leader is to create an environment for great ideas. The acronym CEO should stand for Chief Empowerment Officer. Web3 will spawn new industries and jobs. Crypto offers strong property rights and a global financial system. In trade finance, blockchain eliminates intermediaries, reduces fraud, and provides transparency. Decentralized finance (DeFi) bridges the gap in trade finance. Embrace the future; change has never been this fast and will never be this slow again. You are not what is happening now; you are how you choose to handle it. Thank you everyone.
