Good morning and welcome. As President of the Employers' Association, I am honored to be here. My dear ladies and gentlemen, we support voluntary measures to increase women's representation in leadership, but the state should not interfere in corporate personnel policy if the economy is already active.

Now, as Chairman of Kistler Holding: are there men or women in management? I think then, why don't you have more women?
V
Valentin Vogt1:30
We deliberately looked for someone who met the competency profile, and in that case it was a woman. That's fine, it's good. But we don't believe in quotas and such.
I
Interviewer1:50
Another interesting point: now back to the interview. Have you prepared for tomorrow's interview? He sent it, yes.
V
Valentin Vogt2:20
Somewhat prepared. Chairman and a woman in management? That is definitely not. So I believe the performance profile expected from a woman is different from that of a man.
I am not vegan or vegetarian, I eat everything. My favorite menu is variety. Thank you.
I
Interviewer2:54
Voluntary mandate, why do you do that?
V
Valentin Vogt2:57
Yes, I learn a lot about the country, I get a picture, I help build companies. The largest shareholder, that certainly helps, but you also have to consider the financial side.
I
Interviewer3:25
So you work: are you the model student or rather rebellious?
V
Valentin Vogt3:33
I moved around early, and I was in the Cub Scouts years ago, then I became a group leader and took on responsibility.
Military service, leading people together, covering the whole country, old buildings, land reserves, more efficient buildings, industry.
Current difficulties: we have invested in new machines, had a substantial order decline, implemented short-time work in the new machine area and service. It's going quite well, but there are small bumps. It's not what you'd wish for, but that's how it is. The employees – that's a big responsibility. As chairman now less, but before it was my daily concern. 200 million over two years?

You travel a lot, when you're there, hello, Chinese exactly and black?

Cell phone deposit, cell phone deposit, for what exactly? That is the board meeting where no cell phones are allowed, procedure, yes.
Okay.
