Well, a perfect example would be Raymond James, who uses our software to capture over 60 million customer-related documents every year from over 2,500 locations around the company. They receive those in both paper and electronic form. If it's in paper, we scan it to produce a digital image. If it's electronic, we take the content and extract all the business-critical information from those forms and documents. We then help them understand how to act on that correspondence and communication to respond to customers, whether to create a new account and recognize revenue as they trade, or to change an address, or handle other business interactions. At the end of the process, they export all that information into their enterprise applications and repositories for online storage and retrieval.
