Nemetschek, thank you Ian, and good morning everyone. It's an honor to speak after our visionary founder and role model, Professor Georg Nemetschek, and on behalf of the entire Nemetschek group, all our employees, partners, and customers, we would like to extend our warmest congratulations for receiving his honorary Senator title at TUM. Congratulations again. This is a recognition for your pioneering spirit, your strong contribution to the AEC industry, and your vision and strong commitment to innovation that shaped the Nemetschek group to become the second largest software company in Germany and a leader in AEC software, and to transform the entire AEC and built world to become more efficient, more productive, and more sustainable. So thank you again for everything, Professor. Let's talk briefly about the challenges of the construction industry. 90% of construction projects are still today late or over budget. 40% of global CO2 emissions come from the construction industry, not only from design and planning or construction but also from the operate and manage phase. 20% of material used in a construction project is wasted, which with supply chain issues and material cost increases is becoming a big issue. And we have a huge lack of manpower: a shortage of over 7 million skilled employees globally. So how are we going to solve this? Is digitalization the remedy? Yes, digitalization can help deliver more on time and on budget, waste less material, design greener buildings, be more energy efficient, etc. But there are a lot of issues around digitalization. We see four trends providing answers: first, interoperability; second, AI, which is the biggest revolution in the industry, much bigger than the internet, to help us become augmented architects and engineers, but we need to look at it in an ethical and trustworthy way. We at Nemetschek want to be an ethical and trustworthy AI-first company. Third, data is key; we launched a new data-driven digital twin called dTwin. Fourth, sustainability is key. Software solutions are helping to make the world more sustainable. The Nemetschek group plays in two main industries: the entire lifecycle of the built environment and the media industry with Maxon. In AEC, we have brands like Allplan, Graphisoft, Vectorworks; in build and construct, Bluebeam with over 3 million users; we have Nevaris ERP, and we recently acquired GoCanvas for field management. We also have dTwin and dRofus for data management. We have over 7 million users, 60 years of success, over 4,000 employees. I would like to show you a short video describing 60 years of success.
