Good afternoon, it's really great to be here. I'm the CEO of Graphisoft. I joined the company in 1992, probably employee number 35, and I was a software engineer with a degree in informatics. The company attracted me because of its unique mission, and we still feel that something great is going on. We are very happy to contribute through our customers. I'm happy to celebrate Mayde being 30 years old. I want to talk about what we achieved and what we are going to do. We are extremely proud that Pritzker Prize winner Balkrishna Doshi is a key ArchiCAD customer. Also, in 2017 we won a Stevie Award, the Oscar for the IT industry. Graphisoft belongs to the Nemetschek group, which last year became number two globally in AEC software, outperforming Autodesk, Trimble, Bentley. Our strategy is open BIM and focus on competence. We have a wide portfolio of brands like Bluebeam, SDS2, Solibri. We believe that if you focus, you deliver the best. Graphisoft stays focused on architecture. We have 600 people worldwide, 20% architects by profession. The Nemetschek stock is outperforming peers. Graphisoft is growing dynamically, with 18% growth in Americas and 19% in Asia. The center of our strategy is balancing complexity and simplicity. We focus on AI for predictive design; we patented predictive design technology for stairs, and we will apply the same to curtain walls. On algorithmic design, we created a bidirectional integration between Rhino/Grasshopper and ArchiCAD 22, so they work side by side. An example: after the Italian earthquake, we used point cloud and morph tools, then generated a Rhino script to automatically model the village, allowing designers to play with parameters, radically speeding up reconstruction. Another project, code-named Everest, aims to create a tightly integrated ecosystem among Nemetschek solutions and change how architects and engineers collaborate. Our vision is that multiple professionals can work on the same database, each responsible for different parameters, similar to modern software development. I built a house myself and experienced the inefficiency of sequential processes; we need technology for more collaborative workflows. So in ArchiCAD, we will keep all structural data integrated automatically, so there is no need for separate modeling applications during early design. Later, the Graphisoft BIMcloud will hold everything as an open IFC ecosystem. I hope you love using our products. We are close to Apple culture, and I promise we keep innovating. Thank you very much.
