This agreement was born out of a need from Massey Ferguson, which had one of its suppliers of a product type below 85 horsepower outside Europe break its agreement. They were seeking a solution to replace and improve upon the previous supplier. We started talking and exploring possibilities. I think it is a recognition from a competitor of the SDF Group's global production footprint competitiveness, especially outside Europe. We manufacture entry-level tractors in India and Turkey, ranging from 35 to 85 horsepower. In India we also produce engines and transmissions with high quality and lower costs. The decision on harvesters is strategic: our company focuses on its strengths. Last year we performed well. At Agritecnica we show product novelties and a different brand experience. In Poland we have over 10% market share, and the market is reactive to stimuli. The sector has been in crisis for 2-3 years, with cycles never exceeding three years. France started falling later, with a sharp drop from June 2024. Italy's market stabilized but subsidies are ineffective. We have a solid dealer network for future growth. We are professionalizing our commercial network to be sustainable and meet changing customer needs while maintaining personal connections. We do not want to depersonalize; we aim to treat customers more directly.
