Rönesans Holding Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Erman ILICAK'ın 20.Yıl Konuşması - Aralık 2013

First of all, I want to start by thanking all of you. Welcome. The timing is a bit strange, right? Right at the best part of the concert, it ended, and then I came out. But I won't keep you long. As is tradition, I want to start with a roll call. He then called out various departments and thanked them, including a joke about a complaint that a building was built crooked. Thank you all for coming. Today is our 20th year. Rönesans has been active for exactly 20 years. My dream was always to be with people like you, to be with the people I love. Allah granted me that. The success of Rönesans is your success. Without you, we would not be the largest in Turkey. 10 years ago we were just two tables; today we are 500-600 people. This is a blessing. I want to thank you for your patience and humility. For this 20th year, we decided to give apartments to 5 employees who have worked over 10 years: Hüseyin Kaya, Bülent Aslan, Salih Çelik, and Mustafa Nanlı, who was hospitalized after intervening in a fire. Congratulations to them. Additionally, we have organized a trip abroad for 40 friends, and we will have a drawing for that. I want to thank you all again. Hopefully we will be together for the 30th and 40th anniversaries. I truly love each of you. Thank you for coming.
