First of all, hello everyone, I want to say welcome. We had a very difficult 2020 and couldn't hold this ceremony then, but today we are able to do it. We will start with our first category in the Extra Award 2020. First, I congratulate and thank you. You give hope and I salute your efforts.

I salute your efforts, friends. This place was not just a school but also a resource for us. With what you did in those difficult conditions and the team spirit you created, and the young colleagues you trained there, I see the dough, the wires, the cables you raised. Thanks to you and your team. We are very happy and joyful for this. I congratulate you again. You are the unseen warriors. You never try to come to the forefront, but you solve everyone's problems. I wish you all a good year and congratulate you again.

If you say you liked it very much, it's because everyone is very young and dynamic. They work with enthusiasm. The average age is 34 and each one is well-equipped and talented. Most importantly, they have incredible courage and an inner honesty and dedication to their work. That makes the difference. I thank their parents for raising such wonderful children. They are all different individuals, each valuable.

When I was young, 28 years ago, we set out to do new things. We are still in the same place. We work with the same feeling and joy. We try to build everything anew from scratch with our friends. We set out to do things differently from what has been done before. They share the costs, but we are a radical group. We never compromise on our youthfulness. Let's continue.

I think everyone has things that motivate them. What motivates us as a team are difficulties, crises, and 'you can't do it, it's impossible'. In a time that seemed impossible for everyone, when nobody knew if they would see tomorrow, there was a mission waiting for us. We put everything aside, left our fears at home, and rolled up our sleeves together. Unfortunately, I couldn't be with my colleagues on site, but I was with them on the phone. I worked harder than ever. It was a very enjoyable period. I congratulate everyone. Briefly, this crisis… On January 24, 2020, we experienced an earthquake in Elazığ. During this process, we took the power of our company and provided health services without interruption, embracing the whole city after the earthquake.

Quality is a part of our life. It is our reason for being. Doing everything differently, doing it right so that everyone is satisfied, creating something unforgettable. It is working without being ashamed.

We continue from where we left off. Thanks to you, thousands of people found healing. The construction site brought great success to the company. The colleagues who understand its value… I congratulate you. I think as a company we have three responsibilities. First, to send them home safely. That requires occupational safety because we do very dangerous and difficult jobs in very difficult regions. Sending them back to their loved ones safe and sound is our top priority. Second, to send them home with the wages they earn from their sweat, as soon as possible. That is our obligation. Third, we must never embarrass them. We must never be part of any formation that would cause them shame. We must ensure that everyone can proudly say 'I work at Rönesans'. These three are equally important. We saved many people's lives, supported their health. You know, a construction site of that size could have resulted in at least a few deaths, 8-10 injuries. Thanks to your attention and care, we overcame it without accident.
