Yeah, it's as hard as today because before there was not so much. Before it was the beginning, it was more an intuition, and then we are learning about measuring. It has always been a learning. So now after 20, 25 years, things are getting not better. The world is getting more complicated, more fragile. So now we need to raise the bar. Now we even have more legislations, more and more legislation. And to be honest, I'm not upset about this. I think they should be even more. But of course, you know, the world is complicated because Europe is one world, then you go to America. I was at the New York Climate Week the week after, and you realize that America is already a different world. And then you have talk about much market like North America and Europe. So North America I think is much behind us in Europe. And then you have all the emerging markets between Asia, Latin America, Middle East. That's a different world. So I'm not saying that about Europe. I think because we are supposed to be the more wise region in the world, we are supposed to be the one that have more wisdom. I think we should represent an example and we should represent also the possibility to help for the rest of the world to step up to this new ways of running economy. Because otherwise, as you know, we will have more and more wars, more and more social polarizations, more and more ecological disasters. And so we like to do our part. We like to represent a good example, even though we are a small company. As you know, there are many more bigger companies out there, not only in the beauty industry but also in the beauty industry. And through our journey, we want to really... and actually there are many occasions that tell us that yes, many companies take us as an example. For example, we even created a B called Beauty Coalition. Now we are 100 beauty companies in the Beauty Coalition. Only those beauty companies represent only 2% of the whole beauty business, but we want to be the good example for the beauty industry and also outside to have a hope for a better world.
