No, I'm just kidding. Does this work? You guys can hear me? These things are pretty cool. Oh my gosh, this is so awesome. You guys just look great. I'm so excited to be here. OK, my name is Christian Resume. I'm just going to keep blubbering I guess. It's awesome to be here. I love coming out here. Maybe you saw my dad yesterday, he announced his presidential diamond came out swinging, so I had to match that energy. But we'll see what he does tomorrow. This is actually my first time at leadership. Raise your hands if this is your first time. I'm sure we'll have more of that. I've never even seen a leadership presentation before. This is going to be good or bad, we're going to try to make it really good. When Russell Butters asked me to present, he mentioned something important: my dad is Seth Resume, my mom is Jenny Resume, both enormous leaders in doTERRA, presidential diamonds. He said they usually try to avoid inviting the kids of presidential diamonds to speak because they think their parents do it all for them. So I started with a Spanish lesson: 'Seth Rizzonmay' means 'Seth Resume is a great leader', but he doesn't speak Spanish. For the last three years, I've been building enormously in the Spanish community, visiting Guatemala and El Salvador. But the main point: Gen Z is an unapproached, untapped and wildly powerful market. If you choose, it can be just what you need to launch your business to the next level. I'm not a pro with Gen Z, but I'll share practical experience. First, our current situation: doTERRA grew in the mom market, and those moms raised Gen Z ready to rock. Why build with Gen Z? Low cost – they get excited about earning $357 a month, and it pays for rent. High belief – they haven't been beaten up by debt. Few other commitments – no mom guilt. And they're fun – getting Gen Z on your team boosts energy. How to influence them: lead with the business opportunity. Say you're about to earn an $85,000 bonus residually as a founder – they sign up. Show you care about their invite. Use FOMO: get one Gen Z, you get their friends. It's a constant BOGO – sign up a Gen Z, you get their mom, grandma, and Gen Z friends. If a mom is stubborn, sign up her kid. Also compare compensation plans with sales bros, bring deep blue to the gym, and host oil classes. And hey, flirt to convert – but don't do that if you're married. I'm here thanks to my leaders: Max Ames, who quit his job and hit silver in two months, got me to platinum; Anna Marie, my girlfriend who leads with love; and my sister Janice. Gen Z is the future – join us.
