Shannon Bible1:01
You're all so great. I'm back again, but not for long. It's so good to be with you all at leadership retreat again. Since I joined doTERRA, I've been involved in many areas: recognition, account management, events, digital products, and IT initiatives. I want you to know that many people at doTERRA's home office are cheering you on and want to help you succeed. When Emily first talked to me about creating a team focused on customer experience, I was excited, curious, and a little overwhelmed. I asked myself, 'What is customer experience?' But before diving in, let me share something that changed my life: an air fryer. It made cooking easier and more fun, and it's a metaphor for what customer experience should be—making things a little easier and more delightful. We already have amazing products, so now we need to focus on the experience. As Claire Muscat said, 'Building a good customer experience does not happen by accident. It happens by design.' We need to be intentional. To do this, we need experts—and you are the true experts. You know your customers and teams. There are no better experts on doTERRA's customer experience than you, our leaders. We recognize and honor that. The greatest technology hasn't replaced the human touch. All our efforts are useless if we are not aligned with you. So how will we do this? We will listen, listen, listen. We will open channels of feedback. Every time you call your account manager with feedback, it goes into a system. We will make that process faster. We are also adding robust site analytics to identify issues quickly. We will do journey mapping to find pain points. You'll see more visible feedback links and targeted surveys. Please participate—we won't bombard you. Your voice matters. I'm an optimist but also a realist. We can't do everything, but all input will be reviewed and valued. We'll start small, focusing on consistency and diligence in the little things. We won't be perfect, but we are committed to learning and getting better. Little things make big things happen. Thank you so much.
