Dear doTERRA family, welcome to our weekly webinar. I hope you're doing well. Please let me take you on an exclusive journey. I proudly present the next webinar, which follows with great presenters about our Leadership 2020 journey. Watching these films, you can learn, connect, and imagine it will be like watching from the front row. I recommend you bring something to write with, a few important drinks, and last but not least, put your favorite oil in the diffuser, lean back, relax, and enjoy the training. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the stage the Global Manager of Customer Experience, Shannon Bible.

Thank you, finally I'm here, but I won't be long, don't worry. It's so good to be with you at this leadership retreat. Since I've been at doTERRA, I've worked in many areas: recognition, event organization, digital projects, and IT initiatives. I want you to know how many people at the doTERRA home office are rooting for you. They care about you and want to help you succeed. When Emily first talked to me about creating a team around doTERRA's customer experience, I was curious. I thought, what is this product experience? But something changed my life. Let me tell you about it. Last Christmas, because I am a fantastic thoughtful wife, I bought my husband something I had wanted for myself for a long time – an air fryer. I finally got to open it after he did. It took up space on my counter, but I quickly realized it became the most important part of my kitchen. No one sponsors me, but if you have a better product experience, share it. It was so easy to use – just press a button, throw in food, and I became a fantastic cook even though I'm not. There's a picture of chicken or seafood; you press it. My two-year-old only eats things that start with 'B' – bread, butter, banana, berries, and now baby cabbage, which he never ate before, but because it comes out of the air fryer. We cut them in half, put stuff on them, and it's delicious. How long would that take in the oven? 35 minutes at 400 degrees, plus preheating. In the air fryer, 13 minutes at the same temperature. Why do I love the air fryer? Because the value and the experience made my life 12 minutes more efficient for cooking broccoli. Easy, just press a button, and some models even beep when you need to shake. It's fantastic. I realized that this air fryer experience is a metaphor for what product experience should be: making life easier and better. We have fantastic products, so that's checked. Now at doTERRA, we want to make your experience a little easier and more pleasant. That's what we'll focus on. That's why your feedback is important. I love this quote from Musk: 'Building a good customer experience doesn't happen by accident; it needs to be designed.' We are coming to this intentionally. We need people who know our customers, maybe those who are customers themselves. Passionate people who can advise us and help us improve. Where will we find that? Right here, sitting in this room. You are the real doTERRA product testers. You have the understanding, you know what your customers need. We want to hear from you personally. No one else knows better than you what the doTERRA customer experience should be. We value that. Nothing can replace the essential connection tool between a customer and a business: the human touch. If we are not close and working together, it's worthless. So how will we do this? We will find ways to listen to you. We will bring you our feedback systems. If you call customer service and give an idea, there are people who call just to share ideas; they type it into a system, and all feedback goes there. We can see it, sort it, and send it to the right people. We will guide you through these processes and ensure we get your ideas and feedback and can implement them. We will do the same on the customer service side. We will also bring stronger analytics to the websites to quickly identify issues and improve your digital experience. You are doing great, but please know how much we are paying attention, and we need to improve too. We will follow the journey map to learn where the errors are. You will see feedback links, and we will send tests. Please participate if you can. I promise we will not overwhelm you with these tests and surveys, but we want it to be an option. When you receive one, know it has a purpose and we need your help and feedback because your voice matters. I am an optimist, very excited about good things and our goals. But I am also a realist. I know we won't achieve everything. There will be brilliant ideas and feedback that we may not be able to act on right away, but know that every piece of feedback we hear will be valued and stored. We will start small. I believe in consistency, diligence, and small things. We won't be perfect at first, but we are committed to learning and becoming better. Small things can create big things. Thank you very much.
