Shannon Bible1:02
I am incredibly happy to be here today at the leadership retreat. Since joining doTERRA, I have worked in rewards, account management, other management projects, and IT. I want you to know how many people in the global doTERRA office care about you and want to help you excel in your business. When I first heard about creating a team focused on customer experience, I was inspired but didn't understand what it was. So I asked. Before I continue, let me share something that changed my life: an air fryer. I gave my husband one for Christmas. I was hesitant because I don't like extra gadgets, but it quickly became essential. It's so simple — press a button, add food, and my kids eat everything, even Brussels sprouts in 13 minutes versus 35 minutes on a stove. That's value and experience. It made my life faster and more fun. That is what customer experience should be: simpler and more joyful. We want the doTERRA customer experience to be the same. As the quote says, 'Building a good customer experience doesn't happen by accident; it happens by design.' We need true experts who know our customers — and that's you. You are the best judges of what your customers need. No technology can replace the personal touch in building relationships. How will we do it? By listening — again and again. We will open feedback channels. When you call, your account manager will log your ideas into a system that connects all feedback so we can act quickly. We are making feedback links more visible and adding surveys. Please participate — we won't overwhelm you. We target surveys for specific reasons, and your feedback is vital. We are inspired by what we are building at doTERRA, but as a realist I know we have great ideas. We are not sharing examples right now, but know that all your feedback is considered. Small things matter — consistency in small actions leads to big possibilities. Thank you very much.
