So I'm back again, but not for long. I'm glad to be here with you at Leadership. Since joining doTERRA, I've worked in many departments. I want you to know how much the doTERRA offices care about you and want you to succeed. When Emily asked me to create a team focused on the doTERRA experience, I was excited but wondered how to do it. What is customer experience? Let me share something that changed my life. Last Christmas, I gave my husband an air fryer. It was bigger than expected, but it became the most important part of our kitchen. It's so easy to use with cute icons. It made me an amazing cook. My picky seven-year-old son, who only eats foods starting with B, started eating Brussels sprouts thanks to the air fryer. It takes 13 minutes instead of 25-35 in the oven. The experience is fun and efficient. This is a metaphor for customer service: make things simpler, better, and add value. At our customer center, we believe building a good customer experience requires careful planning. We need experts, and you are the experts. You know what customers need. No technology can replace the human touch. We want to listen to your feedback. We have a feedback page and we act on it quickly. We appreciate your surveys. Your voice is important. I am optimistic about the future but realistic about the challenges. We will review all feedback and act on it. Small things become big things. Thank you very much.
