Compensation Plan Elevated | Isaac Wilson | Leadership Retreat 2025

I'm Isaac Wilson, the new general manager of the US market at doTERRA. I've been with the company for 10 years and this is my first time at this event. Today I'm introducing doTERRA's Compensation Plan Elevated, launching this summer. We are doubling down on direct sales, not moving away. We are committed to paying 48% of commissionable volume to wellness advocates. The plan has been successful for 17 years; we are enhancing it, not changing the bones. We surveyed attendees last year: 80% said a change could benefit them. Top requests: pay more to early active builders, reduce friction in Power of Three, increase incentive to reach platinum, address blocker accounts, and add rank flexibility. We set six objectives: pay more to early builders (path to $500/month), revamp Power of Three for flexibility, reduce leader dependency, increase platinum incentive, strengthen earning potential across ranks, and resolve Power of Three overpayment. We spent over 10,000 hours, talked to 500 leaders, and worked with a consulting team. The final plan was finalized in January. Key changes: Volume-based Power of Three with pods of 500 rewards order volume, more flexible; Power of Three Boost to increase earning for early builders, funded by removing level one of Unilevel and adding growth requirements; Rank Compression for platinum and above to qualify using any wellness advocate in a sponsor leg. Resources include marketing assets in DMK, reports in virtual office (Personal Growth Volume, Team Growth Volume, upcoming Comp Plan Transition Report), and upgraded tools.
