Yes, we are indeed participating for the third time. I have never seen such a crowd and interest. This is perhaps Turkey's luck. As you know, Turkey is the guest of honor country this year. Really, all Turkish companies have made a big push, and indeed all our projects are attracting the attention of people coming here and buyers. This is a result and an indicator of where Turkey has come in recent years. There is real interest in our projects; there is great interest in our Seyrantepe Skyland project, both with its office and hotel. I think you are getting to know the project here. We have about 10 projects; we brought three here: Seyrantepe Skyland, Merter Platform, and Kağıthane Ofishane. Ofishane currently has serious demand; there are those who want to buy it entirely. Which countries are you receiving demand from? Dubai and Abu Dhabi funds are interested in both projects, and we are in talks with a few companies from Germany and Spain. Previously, people used to come more to just look; this year, perhaps coincidentally, there is an impression that they come to seize Turkey's opportunity. So now, constantly, previously people would look at projects and leave; this year, prices and demand are being discussed. Of course, if you ask me if we have closed deals, fairs are not as much of a deal-closing place as before; they are more like a meeting place. It's the same in textiles. We also attend fairs in Europe for textiles. Previously, orders were taken, people would prepare seriously, orders of 100, 1000, etc. Now it's just a show, a meeting place, a display of strength. It's the same in real estate now. So we need to see fairs not just as a place to buy and sell, but also as a place for promotion, marketing, and prestige. We are living that now. Of course, that doesn't mean that sales don't happen. The real thing is buying and selling and trade. If we follow up on these funds and continue their involvement, hopefully we will sell and market our projects.
