Of course. We've been working on this for about 2.5 years. We currently have 14 projects, but this is one of the most important ones with its architecture, its location, and the fact that it's a mixed-use project.

Right now, both on the Anatolian side and the European side, along the Bosphorus, Büyükdere Avenue and Maslak are like two shoulders of a person. This project is like a necklace right on the neck. The traffic problem is completely solved; we're doing metro work right now.

It's a mixed-use project with two tall towers and one medium-sized tower. Actually, medium-sized by skyscraper standards but large in its own right. There's a 300-room hotel, a residence section with nearly 1,000 apartments, and an office tower.

Underneath, forming the backbone of the project and what we value greatly, there's a two-level shopping mall. One floor is completely drivable, featuring famous textile, accessory, and watch brands.

The other floor has famous restaurants and fast food outlets, along with a 12-screen cinema for entertainment. The mall isn't tucked away in a corner—it's in a very prominent location. It's truly a mall above the size of a mid-sized one, with about 60,000 to 70,000 square meters of leasable space.

We're actually from Central Anatolia, from Aksaray. I can say we were inspired by Cappadocia in the project. If you look at it from a certain angle, the architecture resembles fairy chimneys. We gave a specific brief for that, and a fitting project came out of it. Hopefully, it will bring good fortune to Turkey, Istanbul, and our family.

Of course. Two of them are shopping malls in Anatolia. One is almost finished; we'll complete it within two months, God willing. One is a large project, mostly residential, and the other will be a residential-office mixed-use project. We'll start developing their plans and launch them by year-end.

Yes, architecture is very important to us. Coming from a textile background, we place great emphasis on aesthetics—not just for Skyland but for all our projects. For example, the Lunch 1 and Lunch 2 projects we did in Halkalı are among the most important in that area, with their facades.

The landscaping and surroundings compare favorably with the buildings in the region. The Merter Platform we built is also a very special project. The mall we opened in Antalya on Saturday is truly one of the best in Antalya, both architecturally—it's an open-air mall designed by Branz in Antalya.

With 30 years of textile and brand experience and 6 years of construction and real estate experience, we've reached a level of mastery and we've earned it. A large-scale mixed-use project like this, with top experts in every aspect—we're working with the best in the field for the landscape, interior design, structural engineering, foundations, and facades.

This is a project we care deeply about. We believe it will bring great value and added value to Istanbul, and it's a landmark project for our family as well. That's why we were very meticulous even with the launch, waiting a bit for spring so everything could fall into place.

The hotel itself is a social amenity with its spas and serious pool facilities. The residence side also has a large spa. Outside the hotel, there are swimming pools and every kind of high-end facility. This is a living center operated and built to the highest standards.

Yes, a lot. You know Galatasaray is very passionate. They come and go there a lot, and some are already involved in these projects. We expect there to be meetings.
