This is the Responsible podcast, the favorite part of the portal odpowiedzialnybiznes.pl. We work for sustainable development, inspiring business that changes the world, connecting people who change business. All of this is available on our broadcasts, now at odpowiedzialnybiznes.pl/publications in the podcast tab. We invite you. For months now, we've all been operating in extreme conditions. However, this situation has also unleashed a lot of good — numerous examples of social solidarity, individual civic engagement, and business involvement. Hence the idea for the Responsible Business Forum campaign — Business Reacts Responsibly and Audio Reacts Responsibly. But this is only one side of the coin. The other is widespread uncertainty and concern about our health and future, the future of our loved ones, the fate of organizations, entrepreneurs, and us as employees. As never before, we need wise leaders and responsible leadership. That's why we're launching a series of interviews with CEOs of companies that daily cooperate with the Responsible Business Forum — how they operate today in crisis, how they manage their companies. These are very important voices, because the test of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development has just begun. Welcome! We invite you to listen to a conversation with Marcin Piechocki, President of LPP, who was the first to accept our invitation to share how his company functions today.
Good day, Mr. President, thank you very much for the conversation. Let's start with how the company functions today. What for you personally is the biggest challenge, both for LPP and hundreds of other companies working in the trade and services sector?
