What they say: when you know each other from inside and understand each other deeply, then the approach becomes different.

Sir, there is one question. When we come to your office, we see that your son and daughter who work there, you always handle them in a professional role. You give them positions and you fix accountability with them; they also have to report the same way. What is this?

As I told you, we don't treat anyone as the owner of the company. Behind us, Agarwal sits—he looks after the hospital work. And the work that Money gives, he doesn't interfere much. They have to be guided by the advisor. Until you reach that level, you cannot become... Now any big advocate, will his son go to court? His son will have to study; that will never happen otherwise.

Sir, you? A partner and friend, building a respectable business—the mantra of great success.
R

Success: we have followed one thing in life—you should be a giver, not a taker. If you learn to give in life, there is no problem. The gap between partners, between family members, and between office conflicts—it never happens between us. If it ever does, we resolve it. There is no such thing as conflict; there is difference of opinion. That is the best definition.

Sir, my next question: how do you manage your business from FMCG to healthcare to realty, and still have time to manage all these activities? What is the secret?

Hello, listen to my point. If you learn to free yourself from routine tasks and categorize what is important and what is more important, and decide how much time to give to each, you will have no problem. Third, decide that this business gives us this many crores, that business gives us that much, and we have to give one day a month, two hours to this—it is allocated. If you divide it mentally, you will have no time problem. We are always free. Go ji knows, I stay at home, I go to office less. You would have no problem. The biggest work is time management. You should not take calls in the middle of meetings. Don't take mobile. Nowadays people keep looking at mobile; they are not listening to your talk. In front of me, you cannot sit with mobile open. This is a rule I have. Go, you cannot. Our boys' son must sit with mobile off. If an SMS comes, will the SMS run away? If it is important, it will stay. If not, it won't run away. That is a joke. My point is: you should give 100% attention to one task at a time. The task you are doing, if you are 10% on this and 5% on that, you cannot be successful. Give 100% time to the task.

I am asking you: do you give an opinion to someone? You look here and listen to the whole thing, you can give an opinion. If you give, the listener will be affected.

No, I'm telling you. No, not for you, just to emphasize my point, which Go ji agrees: work always gets done, that's why I say this.

Sir, it has been a reading experience for us. There should be only included qualified IT placement. But experience, how?

I just told you: in the three basic mantras—everywhere you give, your value increases. We are the happiest persons. This basic principle is needed in every aspect of life: at home with wife, with children, with brothers, with friends, with society—where instead of taking...
