Ben, I appreciate you saying that. To what I just said earlier, everything we do has a backbone to charity, right? Like we're running a 5K at the golf course in April. Why? Well, it's another way for us to raise awareness for Hospital Professional Care, we can raise money. Mahoney Sable, they're a phenomenal partner, to raise money for this. And you know, to your point, it's like oh my gosh, we are coming out of... it's, we can see it and the build is underway. It's actually crazy, the build starts here in a few weeks.
And then we have... is that early or like is that on time? Well, is that late? Are you asking from the town of Cromwell? Because we are exactly within our permit, Ben. Um, it is... you have to honestly, you have to wait for the ground to thaw, to be honest, before you start doing stuff. But no, it's right in that window. We maximize the time. And Kevin Harrington on our team, he and the crew do a great job. And the town of Cromwell is phenomenal. I mean, we show up there like I said at the end of March and start the build, and then it takes six to eight weeks to break it down. But yeah, that's part of it. When the 5K happens, you see the trucks out there, you see steel out there, and you can see it coming.
