Well, there's definitely always room for improvement on many levels, but for somebody as young as you are, you're doing great. Things take time to mature, and as your team grows and you can scope out more candidates fitting different verticals, I'm sure you will do great. Just keep the same mentality, keep the same focus on responsiveness and keeping your clients satisfied. So there isn't any major point that needs improvement, because ultimately for being as young a firm as you are, you're doing great.
