About Tatiana Rizzante

Tatiana Rizzante, Chief Executive Officer of Reply, has discussed the company's organizational model and approach to innovation in interviews. In a 2021 interview, she stated that Reply's biggest advantages include its ability to keep up with innovation, its "networked enterprise" organizational model, and its diversity. She said that to manage an industry, one must understand the job and learn how things are done, adding that she believes an entrepreneur must learn a job, not just how to invest money. In a 2022 interview, she noted that Reply is part of the Euronext Tech Leaders index and that the company is focused on areas including artificial intelligence and the automotive industry. In earlier appearances, Rizzante discussed the company's investments in the "Internet of Things" and an incubator for startups. In a 2014 interview, she said that the "Internet of Things" would create "infinite niches of specialization" and that Reply had invested in a platform to build different vertical applications. She also stated that while Italy has "peaks of excellence" in technology, the country is behind in overall ICT spending and exports of high technology. In a 2010 interview, she described the market as complex but noted that some segments were growing by 20-30% per year, and that the key was for a company to identify the right areas to invest in.

Hello everyone, welcome. Thank you for participating in this event. I'll start with the acknowledgments. Today I thank all of you because there really is the work of many this year, both at the external points and in the parallel sessions. Today most of the parallel sessions are here, they are your answers for papers. There was a huge amount of work in the part yesterday with clients on the CR Station, which by the way went very, very well. So a huge thank you really to everyone for the daily work and even more for the work of this SC, which was nevertheless exceptional. Thank you.
Okay, we all know this. It is a journey we have been taking together for quite some time, if we think about it now. And what we are experiencing clearly today is that, if we want, there is nothing new when we talk about digital and digital transformation or digital disruption, depending on who feels more comfortable with which term. But what is clear is that there is still a lot of space on what is now obvious to us, so the transformation of processes into digital, the transformation of products and services into digital, and above all what we are trying to convey today is that there is an important change in mood, in my opinion, both at the economic level, particularly regarding Europe, and for everything that is the world we live in, the challenge of digital, because it is a moment in which the challenge, the opportunities are becoming bigger, the scale on which we play and on which all our clients play is becoming much more ambitious, and this is beginning to be seen in many of our projects, this is beginning to be seen in many of the new initiatives that our clients are putting on the ground, and in some cases states are putting on the ground.
As usual, we will first have a recap of what we have done this past year together, and then we will take a look at the near future, the next 2-3 years, as we usually do, trying to look ahead a bit to position ourselves as a company and be ready when demand becomes mass. So, a component of the investment areas we are starting to pursue, and if you will, the skills we are starting to develop, and then we will go even further ahead in time.
Numbers for 2014. There is little to comment on, it was an excellent year, great numbers. Again, this represents the result of everyone, and it is important especially for Reply as a company, for each of us, to the extent that behind these numbers there is the quality of work. That is, behind these numbers we do well on individual projects because they constitute experience for each person and because they continue and thus constitute a guarantee for the future of the company. Today we have a great level of quality. Since last year we have been highlighting some awards, they are one way to say we are on the right track. Here are some significant ones, along with those on the Experience component, there is the Cloud part. This year, I must say, all teams have collected awards from the main cloud partners. So we have Oracle, we have in the Amazon world, we have on SAP, we have on the Microsoft side. So an excellent result. The data part: there is the Sapana award, which is the first we have won in this area, as I would say, significant. And what counts most, in my opinion, many of you already know, is the Fiat Best Supplier 2014 award for the whole group, by the way reaffirmed a couple of days ago because there was a recognition for the success of the suppliers for the success of the Pernambuco rollout in Brazil. And so, look, I know that many in this room are working on this client, you have done an excellent job, more than that. And this, among all these awards, is what matters most. I would particularly like a round of applause for IAC.
