Video message from Matteo Fante, CEO of Poste Italiane. Poste is a very large group, no need for introductions. So I'd say let's go directly to the video. Enjoy.

This story takes place in Piedmont, in a small town of 100 souls, but it could also be the story of many other small towns scattered throughout Italy. One day in Balme, in the province of Turin, Mrs. Lina, the post office manager, displayed a totem with unexpected information: Project Polis. Welcome to the new post office: all public administration services and many other innovations of public utility. Watching the scene with very interested eyes: dear Astrid, I think we're finally going on vacation. Balme is nice, the air is fresh and clean, but unfortunately that's not enough. Fausto, the pension certificate. When? Tomorrow. There they are, Fausto and Iole riding Astrid, they go to Ciriè to the nearest office. (Music) ... they didn't take me, I'm going to study in Boston. Let's go! Ah, America, I've always dreamed of seeing it, grandpa. What are you saying, let's go to Turin because I need to get a passport. Oh well, let's go. And so Laura and Grandpa Fausto, dreaming of America, go twice to the Turin police headquarters for the request and then for the collection of the passport. Fausto, I need a duplicate of my health card. Health first. No, a card for the trip. And here are Fausto, Aunt Margherita and the cake heading to CIR. (Music) Gerardo, where are you going? To Ivrea, I need an extract from the criminal record. Come on, get on, I'll take you. I think it will take a long time, right? All day. Excuse me, and you are? Look, I'm nobody if I don't find my documents. They were here, I lost them. I'll take care of it. The tireless Astrid gets back on the road heading to the Carabinieri in Ceres. And so Grandpa Fausto and his inseparable Astrid traveled 650 km for a few documents, increasing the CO2 level in the air and spending many hours to reach four different cities. Is it the Giro d'Italia? No, it's just the tour of public administrations for those living in a small town. And not everyone has Grandpa Fausto like the lucky inhabitants of Balme. But from today, the life of all municipalities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants changes thanks to the Polis project. Finally, in post offices, all public administration services will be available in one place, close and accessible to all.
