I only have three things. So first, I wanted to say actually in four, the reason why we came today. So we have a CEO group. Yeah. And we normally visit interesting companies that are making a difference in this country. Yeah. So last time we visited Kakuzi because agriculture is a big thing for this country. We visited other companies I wouldn't mention, and this time through the inspiration of and connection through Liners, we decided to come and visit Nice Digital. Yeah. So it's not, we are not doing you a favor. It is a process we go through to choose the kind of company that you should be going to visit. We visit companies that are innovative. We visit companies that actually are making a difference to the country, but also we visit companies that are making a difference to society. Yeah. So that's the criteria, not the money, you know, otherwise we'll be visiting Safaricom and so on and so forth, but companies that are really making a difference. And so you should, chairman, you and your family should feel very, very proud that you are running, that is my second point, that you are running a company that is really making an impact. I have, as I'm saying, I've traveled to a few places recently because in South Africa, as you know, we are also part of the Border Bordercom group. I was in South Africa recently. I was in Mauritius for holiday though, but every time I go to a country, I observe what's happening. And then I went to China, and then the last week, my most recent trip was in the UK. But when I went to China, we visited companies that are less than 20 years old but are billion-dollar companies. So we visited a company called, you know, the electric cars. Yeah. BYD. We visited BYD. It was started by an individual who came from a rural part of China. An individual who had a vision, worked for the military first, then worked for the battery business, then eventually decided to set up electric cars and has created, now they have produced close to 20 million cars, of which about a third is outside of China. And so, and then we visited a digital bank that actually was started 10 years ago and is now a multi-billion-dollar business. Yeah. So when you see Nice Digital, it's not these things. What is the ingredient that we saw? It's three things: vision, purpose, and vision. Yeah. And there's no question, chairman, that you have vision. I think we were calling him as we were going around the chief marketing officer because the purpose of the company, the vision of the company, I think we were saying that he solves the problem and then the money would follow. Yeah. So whether they are drivers passing by, whether they are women who are coming to mill their rice, whether it is kind of people who are coming here and want just a stopover. Yeah. So basic things that we take for granted. So you shouldn't take for granted the power of vision, the power of direction, the power of purpose. Yeah. And I was very impressed by the women, more than 300 women who are impacted by this. I am sure those women have really educated the society around and years to come. When I worked for the breweries, we used to grow barley. So I understand milling. I understand this stuff. But I remember when we used to go to barley-growing areas, they used to say you cannot say anything wrong about East Africa because those guys are the ones who educated my children. So I am sure there are so many people who will be saying many years from now that Nice Digital is the one that has empowered this society and also at the same time made lots of money. I hope so. The second thing that I thought I should observe about the business, and I have worked with many businesses around the world and also been in many businesses here, even when I worked for breweries, there was a lot of dealers, retailers. Our African people find it difficult to do succession planning. Our Asian population is much better; they work with their children. There's nothing you have a gift for you to have involved your children, all your children, including the husbands and wives. Usually those things don't work generally. But the fact that you have been created, whether it was by choice or not. I remember a boy saying, 'I'm not sure I had a choice,' but anyways, that's for another day. But whatever the case, Josiah or Boy, you guys don't take for granted that you have been involved in a business. There are so many people who are told, who actually learn too late about the business of their parents, and yet the parents have had a long life. So you should respect your parents, and that's why we are sending them out to hopefully you'll continue to run the business. So that's the second point: serving society, transition from one generation to the next, and I can see the grandchildren are also getting involved. I was saying they are sponges. They absorb information. Even your daughter, Josiah's daughter, sitting in the finance head chair and could recite the marketing, what is it called? Seriously. Nice. Do you like it enough? Nice. Extra. Yeah. Yeah. So it's amazing. That's the kind of thing you're creating. And of course, the third thing that I've observed about the business is your ability to control basic operations despite the complexity of the areas that you are involved in. It's not easy. I think there's ways we could also help you to think about how do you digitize, how do you automate, how do you improve that process, but your ability to control the business. So those three things: power, passion, and purpose, serving society, second, succession, and then third, being able to control business because business is about cash. If you don't actually protect the cash you have, it doesn't matter how much sales you have, you'll always lose money. So I loved the fact when everywhere we went, we were told here is how we control this business. And then finally, if I come to our own business, thank you for the business that you give to Safaricom. Yeah. And the impress in particular. And I was saying that, I think it was to Karuk, I was saying that I will bring a couple of people, although I was told by the chairman that as soon as they knew that I was coming, network improved. [laughter] So hopefully, now that we have visited, I'll send a couple of people to help you think about some of the areas because there's quite a few things that we could support you. And like your chairman says, it's not to benefit from it, it's to help you improve your business for the future. The second aspect that I'll also think about, we are the commercial business, but we also have a big foundation that does a lot of work in health, economic empowerment, education, and so on. The women groups we call Wesa Mama. So both on the commercial side in terms of enabling women do business properly, but also on the community side in terms of what we can support the women with. I want to say thank you on behalf of all the CEOs, those who made it but also those who could not make it. It has been an inspiring visit, and I'm sure it will continue being a composition for a long time. And we will come back either as customers, as in buying chicken feed and all these things, either to buy, I think you've converted me in terms of Nice, at least I don't like the ugali, but not that I don't like it, but I love chapati, so I might actually pick up the wheat premium. What do you call it? Nice premium. Nice extra premium. But we will come back either to continue to be part of inspiring your journey and actually observing your journey. But we wish you well and all the very best, Mama, all the very best. And you have great children. Yeah, you have great children and great family. And I'm wishing you well, and we will be cheering you on. Hopefully one day you'll be listed on the stock exchange. All the very best. [applause]
