It is a great setting. It's the first GBI that I've actually been to. And what I'm really appreciating about it is that we are really digging deep at this event. Whereas a lot of events, you know, sometimes it can be a little surface-y. Really digging deep at this one. So.

So, for our viewers that don't already know, why don't you tell them a little bit about Applied Digital?

Sure. Applied Digital is a builder of large-scale digital infrastructure, primarily what we call AI factories. We build in what were historically remote locations, but we find power first and build large-scale campuses. We have three campuses under construction ongoing, some in operations. All of these campuses typically start with about 300 MW and all of them scale to a gigawatt plus. So, all very, very large format, specifically for high power density AI builds.
