I truly believe that chess is a great tool to help kids adapt to this very fast-moving world with so much social media, TikTok, Instagram, and now so much gaming. I think chess is a very unique game which trains concentration, which trains kids to keep attention on something for a long period of time, to help kids to be better for some strategic thinking, for better adaptation to the learning process itself. Now I'm sure that it's great to educate kids not just to make them a great chess player, but just to help them to study better.
International School Federation. So now we do the continental stage in America, and the next continental stage is going to be in Europe, at the end of September, in Armenia. We expect to finish this last continental stage, and then we expect to have a grand final, and the destination is not yet defined. But next year we will come again to America with the next continental stage.
I started this initiative because of my kids, because I've seen how much impact chess can give to young students. I truly believe that the game is unique because now this game is the only interesting way which I know to train kids to keep concentration for a long period of time. At the same time, it's a very fun way. It's a good social instrument which helps them to talk to each other, to talk to their parents. So I love to talk to my kids, for example, during this game, and I'm sure that scaling this practice to schools with proven scientific effect, I think, is one of the best initiatives we can do together. And we see such strong support from governments. We see support from the governments of Costa Rica. We see some support from other governments all across the world to implement chess into the school program and finally to get scaling of this initiative.
I think some of them. So we will focus on the digitalization of FIDE. We need more advancements, especially in the digital world, to help get all federations' CRM systems to manage chess clubs, chess players, arbiters, coaches, all the process, and at the same time to provide more visibility on the media side. I'm also sure that I will help to attract much more sponsors because of my partnership, because of my business network. So not just Freedom Holding will backstop FIDE, we will talk to multiple global companies with global presence to support these chess initiatives across the globe, and I'm sure that that will help us to significantly increase FIDE's development fund to help emerging federations to advance more efficiently. And of course, chess in schools will still be in focus, and the collaboration between FIDE and the Chess School Federation, I hope, will be very fruitful on this way here, promoting this initiative and supporting this initiative in all 200-plus member countries.
I think like everywhere in the world. We need to work hard, starting from chess in schools, to help chess clubs with tournaments, to help some prominent chess players to access some experienced coaches. It's a way here to bring more open tournaments, to let professional players advance better and get new titles. And at the end of the day, that's a dialogue which will help each federation to become much more digital, much more advanced in media coverage, and much more professional, attracting sponsorship from their national businesses, from governments, from other participants, I think. And we need to be ready for a marathon, so that's not a sprint. Now we need to build a foundation and to keep this foundation for high-standing building. And I'm sure that each federation can achieve success if we will work together, and nobody, no, nobody except this national federation can do this.
Yes, I think chess is a unique sport because it's advancing now. So not much classic sport is in advance. A lot of sport in this line, and then cyber sport is getting advantage of some regular sport, and chess is already a cyber sport at the same time. So most of the games are being played online, and I'm sure that we're getting closer and closer to global recognition of the great commercial potential of this game. Now, to unlock this potential, we need to continue to work with top sponsorship, with top corporate partners, but we also need to rethink broadcast. And with the help of AI, with the help of computers, with the help of artists, we need to rethink all the chess broadcast concepts to make chess, to let people understand the beauty of chess on a very high level, for very normal people. I think that's the biggest challenge, because sometimes the beauty of grandmasters, to understand them you need to be a master yourself. But I'm sure that with the help of technology we will solve this problem and we will bring a lot, a lot more audience who will track and watch and become a true fan of chess.
I wish you to continue to do what you love. If you love chess, chess is a great game with a great potential, with a great potential to better understand yourself, with a great potential to better understand who you are, with a great development potential for you. And to win any chess game, as well as to win in life, you need first of all to make fewer mistakes and win with yourself. That's, I think, the most important task. And remember that chess is a great club, so use the opportunities of this club, use the opportunities of partnership, of friendship, of the people who are around this game. That's, that's great people, and you already have access to them.
