I simply think I have a good work capacity. I think I've been lucky to have bosses who taught me a lot, and above all, we've known how to communicate something that people have shared and that has helped us align. But I think I'm an absolutely normal person, a worker, yes, but I wouldn't say I'm charismatic at all.
