Hi, my name is Ann. And I thought that life was supposed to be a struggle. I thought it was just hard, and that I was to do everything on my own. And that the treadmill of stress and anxiety was adulting. And then I learned that that isn't the case and that help is available, and it really lightens the load. I have learned through overcoming adversity that life can be enjoyed. And that having the support of others and being able to receive the support and letting myself have needs has led me to a place now where I trust myself to be there for myself and to invite others when I need support. And that I trust they're going to be there for me too. And that's going to help me get back to wellness.
