Hello Rich, and welcome. In your role leading the Americas region, I know you spend a lot of time with customers. Can you share with us those common challenges that our customers face that additive manufacturing helps them overcome?

Our customers are under increasing pressure to bring better products to market faster. Particularly in the prototyping side, we're helping companies design and engineer products faster. In tooling, we're compressing typical tooling cycles of many weeks to months with conventional tooling with additive. And in production parts, we're opening up all new possibilities. The freedom of design that additive manufacturing brings allows our customers to do things like taking significant amounts of weight out of parts. Furthermore, the supply chain flexibility that additive manufacturing allows is enabling companies much more flexibility in how they make products than how they've been made for many, many years.

Over the last 12 months, Stratasys has introduced three new 3D demonstrators. How would you describe the value these three demonstrators deliver to our customers?

These three new demonstrators—the Infinite Build, Robotic Composite, and Continuous Build—represent big breakthroughs in additive manufacturing. Infinite Build in particular is representing a new way of making very large tools and production parts. The Robotic Composite demonstrator is allowing us to break into the carbon fiber composite space. Here we're combining the best of additive manufacturing in terms of the freedom of design with the material set that allows our customers to use this in ways that can never be done before. And with the Continuous Build demonstrator, we're excited to represent another breakthrough to the market at Rapid here in 2017, which is allowing customers to be able to have an ability to do parts in a way that provides a level of automation and throughput that's not yet seen on the market today.

Our customers are telling us they love the usability of the system. And they're telling us this is a breakthrough in how they're doing prototyping.
