I'm Sunny Sanyal, I'm the CEO of Varex Imaging, which was formerly a part of Varian Medical Systems. I've known VJ Technologies for about four years. We've worked on many different projects with VJ, and I think currently the projects that we're working on, they are technical challenges. We are building a new generation of integrated tube and generators, and I'll leave it at that. It's for many different market segments, for many different applications, and so that is a challenge with VJ on many projects. Each project is different, and hence each project brings some uniqueness to it. One of the things that we're learning is when you move from analog to digital, from film to digital, the imaging characteristics are very different and they stress the linac and the x-ray tubes in a very different way. So we're learning the hard way that we have to change the way we configure and match and integrate the detectors with the linac to accommodate that difference between what used to be a film-based system and a digital system. VJ Technology sets up the control systems to drive both the detector and the linac, essentially control the detector, and the detector sends the signal to the linac. So that's how the software is used to integrate both the detector and the linac. Without a partner like VJ, we would have to go through many different other partners to gain that same type of level of experience. We're really happy to have a partner like VJ that can help shorten our learning curve on a variety of different technologies. It delivers more confidence in the products by stressing them in many different ways. So each application that VJ has installed our products usually brings about a different type of stress test on the product. Once we go through, let's say, five implementations with VJ, we've seen a pretty broad-based use of our application. So we're very happy to have a specialized and broad systems integrator like VJ to take our products and stress them. So VJ brings a variety of experiences to the table. First of all, having come from the field of lab-based testing, VJ understands how imaging is done. Secondly, what we see in the VJ group is expertise in the areas of power generators, expertise in the area of x-ray sources, expertise in the area of building and developing the modalities themselves, like C-arms, CTs, and then of course on the detector side. The integration of all this together is a very complex task. So the fact that VJ has a lot of different experiences and expertise in a single organization makes them really, really valuable and a great customer for us.
