All my life I've been referred to by my friends, family, and colleagues as Dak, so please feel free to call me Dak in the future. I'm coming to you today from my home in Ankeny, Iowa, where my wife Anisa, son Mer, and I currently reside. We also have three grown children, and we are looking forward to celebrating the holidays together. My background is originally in finance, but I have spent the second half of my career in management of top 10 global crop protection companies in the US and international markets, with experience in crop, industrial vegetation management, turf and ornamental, as well as seed treatment segments. Over the years I've been incredibly impressed by American Vanguard's strong track record of providing customers with proven solutions that work. I'm eager to join all of you as we continue successfully transforming American Vanguard. I'm aware of the great success the company has had in advancing the transformation efforts to date, and I anticipate hearing about the successful fourth quarter efforts as well. I look forward to continuing these efforts in 2025 and to building on the renewed customer-centric foundation to drive American Vanguard to even greater heights.
