During the past 14 years as a member of the Voya team, I've had the great privilege to work with so many talented people across our company. This includes colleagues from our business and functional areas, cross-functional teams advancing initiatives like Continuous Improvement and Voya Cares, and co-workers with our Employee-Led Councils. I've also had the great privilege to get to know Rod, work alongside him, and learn from his leadership. Rod's commitment to making Voya great is nothing short of inspiring, and I feel fortunate to have the honor of continuing to work with him as he becomes executive chairman of Voya's Board of Directors. Thanks to the incredible work performed by everyone across Voya over the past decade plus, and the exceptional leadership provided by Rod, our company serves as an inspirational success story.
