We're using technology in a mobile-first approach.
I'm Philip Irby, I'm the Chief Technology Officer for AMH. We're a single-family rental company and also one of the nation's top builders. Our experience is based from inception to move out, and the majority of our interactions with our customers is mobile. So the platform is purpose-built to deliver simple experiences through locating, touring, and applying for a home. We actually use technology to drive sustainability. We were one of the first companies in the industry to have a dedicated sustainability function. Our technology department has been intertwined with sustainability from the beginning. Gravity9 and I have been partners through multiple companies. I worked with them at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with Gravity9. What I've found is a partner that has an exact understanding of the strategy and vision that I have for our platform and for this company. The next 12 months for us are very transformative. We're launching a number of components to enhance our platform and also enhancing some of the components that are already there. So it's more about improving the lives and experience of our customers.
