Movement. I love that word because that's what leaders do. Leaders create movement. I've often said that the acid test of knowing a potential leader is they have the ability to make things happen. They have the ability to create movement. They have the ability to take people from where they are to where they need to be. Kari, that's what you do all the time for Buckle. And how do you do that? You do it first of all by example. They follow you. The greatest leadership words ever written were 'follow me.' People do what people see. Not only do you do it by example though, you do it by teaching vision, you do it by teaching culture, and you do it by coaching.
