Hello, West Region. Holy guacamole. That was a flash sale. Not only did we beat our goal, but we crushed it with 187 sales on a goal of 120. Big thanks and a big shout out to our sales team and our sales leaders for all the great work out there. But not only that team, I want to thank everybody in the division because we wanted to make sure we supported the teams, we made sure that the homes were right, and we all had fun with it. So great job. Another big shout out to our marketing team for making it fun with all the great emails and videos that were sent out. Now with all that said, you've earned a day off, so go have some fun. And don't forget, the West is the best. Thanks for all you do.
