Look, the decision is tremendous, but mainly it's tremendous for the Office of Open Records. This office absolutely has to be independent if it's going to function properly. It can't be an office where the director is beholden to, or lives in constant fear that he or she could be dismissed because of one decision that any governor doesn't like.
