What is fundraising to feed families of Western New York? Well, it's a fundraiser that started actually during the pandemic. I've been volunteering at a local food pantry called Joseph Project Mobile Food Pantry here in Buffalo, New York, and I had been giving up my time, my energy, and I wanted to do something more. So I created this fundraiser on Facebook on August 1st, and it's with raffles. My goal was to give a thousand dollars, which I did not have, and so I wanted to give a thousand, and we quickly surpassed that. We got to ten thousand, twenty thousand, thirty thousand. We're up over 35,000. Crazy.
