Dr. James Hanna

Hi, my name is James Hanna. I own a dental practice, Complete Smiles, in Bella Vista. I've been using Dalia from St. George Realty for a while now. So Dalia, I was first aware of through some friends who actually recommended her. Now she's been involved in property for a while, and I was looking for a good real estate agent that I could trust, someone that I could always get in contact with and who would look after the properties as if they were their own. After meeting Dalia the first time, I actually felt really quite comfortable with her. She's really personable, really warm, and she definitely puts the clients first. After meeting Dalia for the first time, we spoke about what I wanted. She was really, really keen to get to know exactly what I was after, which for me was a really good point of difference. A lot of the other agents out there are more interested in just finding you a property. Dalia was a bit back-to-front, I would say, where she got to know me first, figured out what I wanted, and then we worked out we were actually really suitable for each other. What makes her different from another real estate agent is that Dalia is a real person. When you call, you get her. You know what's going on with your properties then and there. There's no time wasting, and she's always, always answering the phone when you need her. To me, that is worth it, knowing that there is someone I can call when I need them and someone who looks after my properties the way I would.
