My father was a Marine in the Korean War, and there was only one thing that he ever expected, and that was the best. No matter what he did, no matter how you tried to do it, it had to be the best. But 'expect the best' is something that he wanted to tell everybody: that if you are part of our family, part of the employment here – driver, office, mechanics, staff, whatever part – we should all expect the best of each other. The company should expect the best of you, and you should expect the best of the company.
