I think the best piece of advice relevant to this discussion is to constantly engage with all stakeholders when we're discussing any possible question, clinical or otherwise. It's to listen to that diversity of views and opinions, and it is to question everything in science. And once we get an answer, to make it real, to make it accessible to everyone. Science hidden away is not good science.
