Hello, my name is Tiffany Mike, your favorite neighborhood realtor, and we are in the Valley subdivision in Elgin, South Carolina, and we are about to view the Alamance floor plan. Okay, let's walk on in. It has a dual car garage, and we'll see the inside of the garage once we enter. But what I like about this particular one is you got this little covered area right here, so if you really wanted to, you could actually put a couple of chairs out here and make it a little sitting area also. And we will go ahead and walk on in, and once you enter, this is a ranch style house, so everything is on the first level. Once you enter and you go over here to your left, you will enter your first bedroom. You could use this as a bedroom, or if you work at home like so many people do now, this would be a nice space to have your office, 'cause it's kind of separated from the other part of the house. And you can, you know, sometimes working from home you need to separate from everything else that's going on, so this would be nice 'cause it's right up in the front of the home, and that could be your area. Now after you walk out of this room, you do have a full bathroom, and you have the shower in the tub, and again that's a nice deep tub if you like bubble baths. And then you can see the toilet right there, and it has wonderful granite countertops there in the bathroom, and of course storage underneath. And then this is another room right here. You could even use this one as an office, whichever you would like to do, or another bedroom or a guest bedroom. And just to give you a little bit of a view of everything, and again it has that ample closet space in it. Now we will walk out this way, and as I mentioned before, this is a ranch style house, everything is on one floor, so this is a wonderful house for those looking to age in place. And have you noticed how wide the entryway and the doorways are? That can be very good for those who may have mobility issues and either use a scooter or a walker. There's ample space to come through. We got that open concept kitchen living area, so this is the living room area here, and that's very spacious, very spacious. And just to walk around to give you another view, very spacious size, and you could actually use that area right there to put your nice little table, and that could be your eating area. And as we approach this kitchen, again wonderful kitchen. What I like about it again, the countertops are down low, so they are accessible and they're easy to get to. And you got your stainless steel whole pool of appliances: stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, so you have that right there. Then if you walk through here, you have your pantry, so you'll be able to put all your extra Little Debbie cakes in this area right here. Then it leads to this door right here, and like we said, it's a dual car garage, so not only do you have ample space to park two cars, but you could also get you a nice little storage wall unit and use it as a place of storage. Also right here is where the washer and dryer room is, so you can get a nice size washer and dryer in there. And I like that it's kind of by the door, so when you come in with your groceries from the garage, you can put your cleaning supplies and your food right where you need to put them. Now let's walk over to the owner suite. You walk over this way, and here is the owner suite. You could easily fit a king-size bed in there. So we have our owner suite, and then we have our bathroom area, and again it has the walk-in shower. You got your commode, nice size walking shower too. And then you have the wonderful granite countertops in the sink, and then you got your walk-in closet. And like I mentioned before, the new thing is for the walk-in closet for the owner suite to be connected to the other side of the bathroom. So we got our walk-in closet, and also with the walk-in closet you can see that you have storage area if you want to put your shoes or other items, so you got a nice size walk-in closet. Now going back out of the owner's suite, I'll turn around just one more time so you can get another view, 'cause you know everyone loves their bedroom 'cause we spend so much time in it, we want to be comfortable. Now just to give you a view, now you would have to put your fence up for this particular unit here. Where you see where the little flags are, that's where your property line would be. So therefore you would have a nice size yard. You could go ahead and you could put your fence up, and it would be good for you and if you have pets, just a wonderful area to just relax and lounge.
