The feedback I got when our deal wasn't asked there was a lot of pride that a local person had taken ownership of these properties and in particular this iconic building. My CFO came to me and said there might be an opportunity for us to have a conversation with America, the CFO. So he stopped, we paused for a minute, we thought about it, and it immediately, immediately to me was just the perfect fit.
I'm a Southern Nevada. All these properties in Southern Nevada, I can drive and visit them each day. I had a bit of nostalgia. I went to grade school here at Red Rock Elementary, I went to junior high school here at Garza Junior High School, I went to high school here at our high school. So with all of that culminating in this nostalgic moment, I looked out of my office window. It was our main office building, and it had a bit of an odd about it. I looked at this tower and thought, 'Could I have ever imagined?' And the answer was to continue to compete and be relevant into the future. This property here, in my opinion, is going to be relevant for decades to come.
