The 27% of the youth population is unemployed. So, to curb this youth unemployment, there has been some workers and in the past we were using non-collateralized microloans and we were using this using factories. And we were building some roads to include this unemployment to cover this unemployment problems and we were building railways, dams for irrigation. There were due to these problems the youth unemployment rate is going up. So what is the government doing to curb this youth unemployment? And the other problem that is plaguing the country is conflict that is in Amhara or Oromia, Gambella, in Tigray at the same time in those regions that are peaceful. In the southern region there is... in the past three years we've been talking to stop this to for the government to come with pieces with these people with these groups but there is no peaceful resolutions that is at hand right now in Amhara region. And the government is saying that it is in peaceful resolution with Amhara groups. So what is the government doing with this Amhara regional group? Why is not the government going for peaceful resolution with these groups and what about the developmental revolution?

Thank you speaker. Thank you, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. Thank you for being with us to answer our questions. Prime Minister, as you well know, in many countries, there are political differences. But when those political oppositions think about the national interests, they show the same resolve or they speak as one and the national interest is uniform for all oppositions as well as the government officials as well as the country. So we're seeing some people that go against our national interest. So Prime Minister, what is the government doing for all political positions as well as those concerning with Ethiopians? Our national interest should grow in economic, political and diplomacy. And we're seeing growth in our national interest in these three aspects and thank you Prime Minister for doing this.

Big hospitals and health institutions to reform the service. The recent incident of Marburg and the result that we have obtained has won us recognition internationally without any problem. It is being contained and this shows how Ministry of Health is performing and it deserves recognition. Even so in connection with pharmaceutical laboratory reagents and medical equipment to solve those problems. What are the plans and what are the plans on the part of the government to encourage local manufacturers to widen the service and basic services like water, what plans are there? Your Excellency. The other thing, those who have been educated in their country who has no special political attitude, they are flying or going out of the country and regarding this to retain in the country what activities are there? And I understand that there are economic problems Your Excellency, out of our annual budget it's not more than 3% of the country budget, the Abuja declaration that has been signed by Ethiopia, many countries have achieved to allot significant budget for that but the health budget of our country in connection with the increasing costs of medicines and to improve this budget. What plans are there? Thank you very much.

Thank you, honorable speaker. That our Prime Minister is among us, I shall present my question as follows. During the election in comparison, the competing parties are getting media coverage but currently that's not visible. Mass media are in silence and there is no election-like atmosphere. It is cool. Why that is so? In addition to that, government as there is no clear landmark between party and governments. There is no question of impartiality among the medias and they appear to the level that they are serving the ruling party. In that condition, how can the election be healthy? The credibility of the election in the pre-election time in a manner that doesn't follow the law. So there is arbitrary detention of members of opposition political parties including EMA party members. So the field of competition, this narrows the field of competition. Therefore, that brings a question mark to the credibility of the election. So in creating equal field for all parties, the ruling party and the competing parties in the pre-election time and now, the government structure, the government resources are being used for party activities. So there is mix up of party issues and government issues. So as government has been asked repeatedly to separate and differentiate the activities and the functions of government and party, there are many civic organizations and there are many that has been mentioned also by the government especially during this election, their evaluation made on them so that to enable them to effectively conduct their roles and activities in the election time. Thank you very much.

Thank you honorable speaker. Your Excellency Prime Minister, 2018 first half budget government performance evaluation and that you are among he to respond to questions and give explanation. In the first half of the budget year, the main focus ideas even in difficult conditions to materialize the highness of Ethiopia economic and social activities as compared to previous time. We have shown big changes and leaps and I have seen that in the report. Your honorable, history book doesn't lie based on reason or position, it's based on reason and it is educative but the field we are, there are people who want to bring the atmosphere of the previous times and they are working day and night for that. So we are to repay the debt the past day and to mend repair the macroeconomic break. So success is not simple by itself. Country belongs to all. Change requires children who are committed and it is not through laziness. So the way we have passed traveled through is full of challenges. So our forefathers sacrificed a lot and managed to construct this country. In the past seven years under your leadership, strengthening and solidifying the functions you have done Addis Ababa and elsewhere. The corridor development activities in Addis Ababa and elsewhere and even roadside have become very attractive and have brought change in the styles of life. Nobody can criticize them. This is light of hope those who are ready to see and witness what's going on. So our country it shall be surely an exemplary country for Africa through your successful leadership and I would like to appreciate you and your government for your high performances Your Excellency. This change has energized all areas so to solve the housing problems in towns and cities and to make cities and towns centers of industry and development and together with the government of change to make and perform as much as possible. So this new central Ethiopia is the only region without airflight services and it requires your support the support of government so that we can have air transportation service in central Ethiopian region.
Next, honorable Isau.
